Our process

From clarification to finished structure – with quality and control

At Engskov Maskinfabrik, we support you all the way from clarification to delivery – whether it is a single component, a welded structure or a part that subsequently needs finish machining in our machine shop.

Among other things, we can help with:

Consulting and clarification: sparring on design, material selection and choice of welding technology, so the solution becomes robust and manufacturable.

Welding in multiple materials: stainless steel, aluminium, high-strength steel and steel – carried out using TIG, MIG and MAG as well as solid wire or flux-cored wire.

Large parts and structures: we weld parts ranging from a few kg up to 10 tonnes and can deliver assembled structures in virtually unlimited sizes – including pressure-bearing equipment.

Stainless steel work: a large stainless steel department and solid experience in building stainless steel parts, including stainless steel tanks.

Quality control and documentation: inspection is carried out according to the customer’s specifications – either via Engskov EQC or through certified third-party inspection companies (e.g. VT, NDT, X-ray, penetrant testing, endoscopy, etc.).

Standards and certification: we work in accordance with standards such as DS/EN 1090 (EXC4) and DS/EN ISO 3834-2, and we can handle procedure qualification tests and welding certificates depending on the task.

In short: You get a technically strong partner that delivers a complete product with precision, traceability and the necessary inspection – on time.
