Maritime and Offshore
Robust metalworking and welded structures for maritime operations – from prototype to small series, delivered on time.
In maritime environments, there are high demands for strength, corrosion resistance and consistent quality. At Engskov Maskinfabrik, we combine fabrication, CNC machining and engineering, so you get components and structures that can withstand salt, vibrations and continuous operation – supported by fixed processes, traceability, and the documentation/certificate handling that many customers require.

We find the right solution
When the demands for robustness, corrosion resistance and delivery reliability are high, it is crucial to work with a partner who can handle both the technical and process-related aspects. At Engskov Maskinfabrik, we support you all the way from clarification to final delivery – whether it is a single custom component, a welded structure or a small series with recurring deliveries for maritime operations and offshore applications.
Among other things, we can help with:
Prototype and development: Advice on design, material selection and manufacturing, so the solution becomes robust and manufacturable – with focus on environment, load and service life.
CNC machining: Milling and turning from small parts to very large workpieces. We can machine parts with high precision requirements and handle large dimensions (up to 10,000 x 2,300 mm / heavier workpieces in the range of up to 15 tonnes, depending on the task).
Welded structures: Structures in stainless steel, aluminium, high-strength steel and structural steel (TIG/MIG/MAG) carried out by certified welders. We work with certifications such as EN 1090 and ISO 3834-2 and can cooperate with external inspectors when appointed by the customer.
Small series and recurring deliveries: Consistent quality, fixed processes and high delivery reliability – including the possibility of supply agreements where we keep customer products in stock for rapid call-off.
Documentation and traceability: We manufacture according to our internal EQC quality management system (related to ISO 9001) and have procedures that ensure traceability at component level – as well as documentation and certificate handling when required for your delivery.
In short: You get a technically strong partner who makes it easy to reach the finish line safely – with robustness, quality and clear agreements.
