We focus on continuous improvements, visible quality and reduced consumption – and we can provide traceability at component level as well as the documentation and certificate handling that, in many projects, are just as important as the product itself.

When quality must be documented, it is not only about final inspection – it is about fixed processes and clear requirements all the way through. At Engskov Maskinfabrik, we use our internal quality management system (EQC) to ensure consistency, traceability and the right documentation for your delivery.
Among other things, we can help with:
Quality management (EQC): we manufacture in accordance with EQC, which is aligned with ISO 9001 – with focus on consistent processes and continuous improvements.
Traceability at component level: procedures and records that support traceability when required by the project.
Documentation and certificate handling: delivery packages with the documentation required by the customer – including handling of certificates where relevant.
Qualified quality personnel: internal quality resources with certifications such as visual inspection (VT2), penetrant testing (PT), magnetic particle testing (MT) and welding coordination (International Welding Specialist).
Quality delivered on time: internal quality control is tasked with ensuring our objective – to deliver the agreed quality at the agreed time.
