Ready to Deliver to the Defence Industry
With advanced welding expertise and strong machining capabilities, Engskov is ready to deliver more advanced serial production and turnkey components to some of the most significant players in the defence industry.

Turnkey Deliveries to the Defence and Security Sector
The machine factory in Ringsted already has experience delivering components to the defence industry, and with the investment in Mac Turn technology, Engskov is even better equipped to solve larger and more complex tasks for leading companies in the defence and security sector.
“In the past year, we have strengthened both our machine park and our team, enabling us to continue developing our position in the defence industry’s value chain. Here, we want to be known as a highly specialized and flexible turnkey supplier,” says CSO Mark Sørensen.
He believes that Engskov’s ability to deliver a complete solution that combines advanced machining, welding and complex assembly solutions is absolutely crucial to strengthening this position. Engskov builds its deliveries – to the defence industry as well as to other sectors – on a strong combination of competence, capacity and full involvement throughout the entire manufacturing process of critical components.
“Our decisive competitive advantages are our employees’ high level of professional expertise, our ability to collaborate with other skilled companies, and our continuous investments in production technology,” says Mark Sørensen.
“The defence industry places very high demands on precision, traceability and quality, and we are fully capable of meeting these requirements. In addition, we offer a turnkey approach.”
Advanced Production with High Standards
It is expected that more component deliveries will involve a number of Engskov’s core competencies, including machining on the newly installed Okuma with associated robot. Highly precise, efficient and automated serial production is possible because Engskov now has this milling machine and, at the same time, employees with many years of experience operating exactly this type of multi-processing machine, ensuring “done in one!”
“Every single time we enter into a collaboration with our customers, quality control is a central parameter. It is always carried out in close cooperation with the customer to ensure that deliveries meet the requirements for strength, precision and tolerance applicable to the specific delivery,” says Mark Sørensen.
Employment and Growth for the Rest of the Year
A stronger position within the defence and security sector is also expected to have a positive effect on Engskov’s local employment.
“We see great potential in strengthening our presence in the defence sector. We are strategically focused on serial production of complex components and complete deliveries. The defence and security industry is one of the sectors where this is in demand. We are fully geared up and ready to deliver top-quality components,” says CEO Jes Gravesen.
